Terms of Service

SocialDesk provides software for planning, publishing, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on social media content across connected platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Available features may change as we improve the product.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account and the accounts you invite.

You agree not to:

• Publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or spam content.
• Use the service to scrape, resell, or redistribute platform data outside its intended use.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access other customers' data.
• Automate engagement in a way that violates the rules of a connected platform.

You retain ownership of the content, media, and client data you put into SocialDesk. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service on your behalf — including publishing it to the platforms you connect.

Connecting Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other accounts means you also agree to those platforms' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes they make to their APIs, permissions, rate limits, or availability, which may affect features without notice.

AI-generated suggestions are drafts, not finished work. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, tone, claims, and compliance before anything is published.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, platform outages, and factors outside our control may cause downtime or delayed publishing.

You may stop using SocialDesk and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create a security or legal risk, or abuse platform access.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant specific engagement, reach, or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
